Mango Citrus Mix
Ripe mango up front, then orange, lime and lemon behind it. Cooked to a firm chew that holds its shape in your pocket, finished in a sour-sugar tumble so the citrus lands before the sweetness does.
Pectin-set, slowly cured and tumbled in sparkling sour sugar. Mango, strawberry, berry and peach — four luminous flavors, each with a galaxy of its own.

Peach Supernova
Mango citrus, strawberry, berry and peach — each built around its fruit, slowly cured and tumbled in sparkling sour sugar. The same satisfying chew and 15 gummies in every pouch; an entirely different galaxy of flavor inside.

Ripe mango up front, then orange, lime and lemon behind it. Cooked to a firm chew that holds its shape in your pocket, finished in a sour-sugar tumble so the citrus lands before the sweetness does.

Jammy ripe strawberry rather than the pink-candy kind, with enough acid behind it to stop the sweetness sitting still. Same firm set, same sour-sugar finish.

Blackberry and blueberry lead, dark and nearly winey, with raspberry cutting a brighter line over the top. The deepest of the four, and the least sweet.

Ripe yellow peach, closer to the fruit than to a peach ring. Soft and faintly floral, with an apricot tartness arriving right at the end.
Every Interstellar gummy brings together bright flavor, thoughtful ingredients, and a little taste of the unexpected. Seven things go in, and every one of them is on the label — with the proportions, which almost nobody gives you. The magic isn't an eighth ingredient. It's what happens when the seven are right.
Set with citrus pectin. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
No gluten, no dairy, no nuts, no soy, and no animal products of any kind. Made on shared equipment, so allergen handling is documented per batch.
Pectin, not "vegan gelatin" — gelatin is animal collagen by definition, so there is no vegan version of it. Halal and kosher certification are open to you now; both still have to be applied for.
Calculated from the formula above at 18% finished moisture, not yet lab verified. A whole 75 g pack is roughly 236 calories. Sodium rises with the citrate and has to be measured on a real batch.
Four days from syrup to sealed bag. The slow part is the curing, and there's no way to rush it that doesn't show up in the bite.
Glucose syrup, sugar and water brought up to temperature, with the pectin dispersed into the sugar first so it hydrates instead of clumping.
The hot slurry goes into starch moulds, one tray at a time. Acid goes in last, at the depositor — the moment it drops the pH, the pectin begins to set and the clock is running.
Two days in a warm room while moisture drops to around 16%. Pull them early and they slump; leave them long and they go tough.
Demoulded, destarched, tumbled in citric sugar, then bagged in small runs with the batch number printed on the back.
