Five flavors

The same five, in both shapes.

Whether you take them as dots or as squares, these are the four. Allergens differ between them, so they are listed per flavor rather than as one blanket claim.

The elements · chocolate

Five things, then whatever the flavor adds.

Same rule as the gummies: the full working formula, by weight, and what each part is doing. Every flavor starts from this base — three of the four then add something, and what they add is what changes the allergens.

IngredientBy weightWhat it does
Cacao mass46–52%Single-origin beans, roasted and ground. This is the flavor — everything else supports it.
Cocoa butter18–22%Cocoa's own fat, added back. It sets the snap and the way it melts at body temperature.
Cane sugar28–32%Enough to open the cacao up, not enough to bury it. This is what makes it 70%.
Sunflower lecithin0.3–0.5%Keeps the chocolate flowing thin enough to mould. Sunflower rather than soy, so it stays allergen-free.
Vanilla0.05–0.1%Whole bean, ground in. Rounds the edge off the roast.
FlavorAddsWhat that changes
Dark Chocolate—70%. Nothing added — this is the base as listed above. Vegan and gluten free.
Milk Chocolate+ milk solids50% cacao — milk solids take the place of part of the cacao mass, so it isn't vegan. Contains milk.
Caramel+ caramelCaramel pieces cooked from sugar, butter and cream, folded in after tempering. Contains milk.
Crunch+ caramel, cerealThe same caramel, with frosted cereal sprinkled through for the snap. The cereal is what brings the gluten. Contains milk and wheat.
Pretzel+ pretzelBroken salted pretzel — wheat flour, salt, a little malt — set into the milk chocolate. Contains milk and wheat.

Allergens & diet

Allergens vary by flavor. Dark Chocolate is the only one that is vegan, and the only one free of both milk and wheat.

Dark Chocolate — vegan, gluten free, dairy free.
Milk Chocolate and Caramel — contain milk.
Crunch — contains milk and wheat; the frosted cereal carries the gluten.
Pretzel — contains milk and wheat; it is built on the milk chocolate.

No nuts and no soy in any of the five. Made on shared equipment, so allergen handling is documented per batch.

Sunflower lecithin rather than soy is a deliberate choice — soy lecithin would put a top-nine allergen on the label for no benefit at this scale. Every flavor still needs its own printed panel; one panel can't cover all five.

How it's made · chocolate

Roasted, refined, conched, tempered.

Six days from bean to wrapped bar, and almost all of it is waiting. The conch is the long part, and it is the part you can taste.

Stage 01

Roasted

Beans roasted in small drums to a profile set for the origin, then cracked and winnowed down to nibs.

Stage 02

Refined

Nibs and sugar ground together until the particles drop under 20 microns — below what the tongue reads as grit.

Stage 03

Conched

Turned warm for three days. Acidity drives off, the flavor rounds out, and the chocolate stops being sharp.

Stage 04

Tempered

Cooled and reheated to set the right crystal, then moulded into dots or bars. That's the snap and the shine.
